Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models to predict market trends and optimize business operations
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, R, and SQL to uncover actionable patterns
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide data-backed recommendations to executive leadership
- Develop real-time data pipelines using AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Kinesis)
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with proven ML deployment success
