Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals, printers, and network devices.
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to improve helpdesk processes and knowledge base documentation.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Assist with hardware refresh projects and asset inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week), including some evenings or weekends.
