Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting to the Brickell location.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
