Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our CRM and database systems.
- Verify and correct errors in data entry to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Retrieve and organize files and documents as requested by management.

- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative assistance is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
