Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data and company records using our internal systems.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
