- System Monitoring: Watch for alerts and troubleshoot basic system issues independently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless transitions.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work Night Shift hours (3rd Shift) immediately.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ wpm).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote/hybrid option applies).
