Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and supply chain processes to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to minimize stockouts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of logistics staff and drivers.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and local laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL providers and freight carriers.
- Prepare weekly reports on shipping performance and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-performing teams under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
