Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient stock handling.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and clients to resolve shipping issues and delays.
- Prepare and review shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide shipping quotes and timelines to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
