Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop infrastructure issues, including printers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server 2019/2022).
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify root causes of recurring technical issues.

Qualifications
