Responsibilities
- Develop & Deploy: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in current systems and propose architectural improvements to enhance performance.
- Agile Leadership: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Testing & QA: Develop automated tests and ensure 100% coverage of critical business logic.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple competing priorities.
