Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and coach a team of junior and mid-level developers to foster technical growth.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing technical projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
