Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for clients via phone and email.
- Provide clear, patient, and professional technical support to customers with varying levels of expertise.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior technical team to identify recurring issues and improve support protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest product features and technical documentation to provide accurate information.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily call volume and service level agreement targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and a willingness to be trained in our proprietary technical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers and operating systems.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends or evening shifts if required.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
