Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions in a professional manner.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and performance goals to ensure targets are met and exceeded on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on strategies and share best practices.
- Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide full paid training.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle rejection with resilience.
