Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client questions confidently.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.

Qualifications
