Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment using various packaging materials and machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and safety signs.
