Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.

- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
