Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and empathetically.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Cross-train in various departments to support team goals and store operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
