Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (WMS).
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding orders promptly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper organization and safety standards.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with WMS software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
