Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and code quality across all platforms.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in production environments promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Tools: Strong understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Backend: Familiarity with Node.js, Express, or Python for backend integration.
- State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
