The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the architect of our digital products. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive UI/UX.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for high traffic.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React.js, Redux, and state management libraries.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
