Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation scheduling and route optimization
- Manage inventory levels and implement efficient stock rotation procedures
- Oversee warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery delays and issues
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer communications
- Train and supervise junior logistics staff when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or transportation management
- Proficiency in logistics software (WMS/TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
