Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high retention rates for Denver and Virginia clients.
- Onboard new clients efficiently and provide ongoing training and support.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide weekly performance reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
