Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and roadmap planning for SaaS platform serving 500K+ users
- Mentor 8+ engineers through code reviews and skill development workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Drive quality initiatives through testing frameworks and code standards
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay current with emerging technologies through research and experimentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years software development experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams
- Strong background in Python, Java, or C# with distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
