Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and reporting purposes.
