Responsibilities
- Execute efficient warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with strict safety compliance
- Process daily shipments/receiving with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with precise labeling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in daily safety briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 48 hours)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy standards
- Flexible schedule including weekends and overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation to Long Beach facility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
