Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and managing logistics flow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document daily activities and report equipment malfunctions
- Participate in cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or manual labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- OSHA forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
