Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
