Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients with urgent medical needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists for coordinated care

- Maintain sterile exam environments and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 2 years urgent care or ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- EHR proficiency (experience with Epic preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional travel)
