Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless issue handovers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT is a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
