Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets efficiently and professionally.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement new software updates and security patches.

Qualifications
