Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles using advanced recruiting tools and social media platforms.
- Optimize job descriptions and company career pages to improve search engine visibility (SEO).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through networking and cold outreach.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or digital marketing/SEO.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Proven ability to meet weekly recruitment targets.
