Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and operational roles within the 2026 Census project lifecycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies and define clear competency profiles.
- Execute data-driven sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines using Boolean search and social platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and manage the full interview process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to track metrics, pipeline health, and hiring KPIs.
- Collaborate with workforce planning teams to anticipate future talent needs based on project milestones.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles and managing high-volume hiring campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruiting tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical job functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict government security and compliance protocols.
