Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Sustainable Design
- 5+ years experience in polymer chemistry and composite development
- Proficiency in LCA software (SimaPro, GaBi) and process simulation tools
- Published research in sustainable materials or circular economy
- Strong background in ASTM testing standards for novel materials
- Experience with biodegradation certification processes
