- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and scale sustainable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members

- Monitor KPIs for carbon reduction and renewable energy adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Energy Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in energy sector with 3+ years in sustainability leadership
- Deep expertise in renewable energy technologies and grid modernization
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale sustainability initiatives
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus, HOMER)
