- Create sustainability benchmarks for AI systems aligned with Green Software Foundation standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate eco-conscious practices into MLOps pipelines
- Research and prototype novel approaches to reduce AI's environmental impact
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior engineers on sustainable AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with proven experience in large-scale system architecture
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Deep understanding of ML optimization techniques and hardware acceleration
- Published research or practical implementations in sustainable computing
- Certification in Green Software Engineering or equivalent sustainability credential
