Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead IoT/AI integration for carbon footprint monitoring systems
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and sustainability specialists
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with ESG targets
- Drive innovation in circular economy technologies and waste reduction systems
- Oversee $2M+ annual budget for sustainability tech R&D projects
- Present breakthrough solutions at industry conferences and investor summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology management with 5+ years in sustainability/carbon tech
- Proven track record launching IoT/AI-driven environmental solutions
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or Computer Science
- Experience managing remote teams across 3+ time zones
- Proficiency in carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol, TCFD)
- Strong background in circular economy principles and lifecycle analysis
- Relevant certifications (LEED, PMP, or CSM preferred)
