Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmap aligned with Paris Agreement targets
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives achieving GRI and SASB compliance
- Design carbon footprint reduction strategies across 15+ global facilities
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize zero-waste packaging innovations
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior analysts in sustainability data modeling and lifecycle assessment
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability focus
- 5+ years experience in corporate sustainability strategy implementation
- Expertise in GHG Protocol, TCFD frameworks, and carbon accounting tools
- Proven track record of achieving 20%+ emission reduction targets
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Envizi)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation
- Experience securing green financing and sustainability-linked loans
