Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation carbon capture and renewable energy integration
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and policy specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies and climate-tech startups
- Oversee implementation of AI-driven resource optimization systems
- Report ESG metrics to C-suite stakeholders and industry regulators
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2030-goal achievement
- Expertise in circular economy frameworks and life-cycle assessment methodologies
- Strong background in climate policy and regulatory compliance (US & international)
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Experience managing $5M+ sustainability budgets and cross-continental teams
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or carbon management (CCP)
- Published research on sustainable innovation or patent in clean technology preferred
