Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability strategy with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Proven track record developing and executing 10-year sustainability roadmaps
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability data analytics tools (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP)
- Experience with ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Deep knowledge of climate policy trends and renewable energy transitions
- Certifications in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, LEED) strongly preferred
