- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate sustainability into core business models
- Drive stakeholder engagement through compelling sustainability reporting and impact storytelling
- Oversee lifecycle assessments and circular economy implementation across product lines
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and policy-shaping events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate sustainability or climate strategy
- Proven track record in developing and scaling ESG frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, Watershed)
- Deep knowledge of emerging sustainability technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in sustainability KPI dashboards
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation required
- Experience leading cross-continental sustainability initiatives
