- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive employee engagement through green transformation programs
- Present findings to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability management with Fortune 500 experience
- Master's degree in Environmental Science or MBA with sustainability focus
- Proven track record in carbon neutrality program implementation
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong data analytics and sustainability software proficiency
- LEED AP or similar sustainability certification required
