Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in exploring emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Oversee the architectural transition to cloud-native systems to ensure scalability and resilience.
- Identify and mitigate technological risks that could impact our 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions in business terms.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology innovation and adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of driving long-term innovation and strategic planning.
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of sustainable technology and green computing practices.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects with multi-year horizons.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
