Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for technology adoption, identifying emerging trends like AGI and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-wide architectures that support rapid scaling.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Vendor & Innovation Management: Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies and open-source solutions to enhance our ecosystem.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and architects.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Oversee critical infrastructure resilience and cybersecurity frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and successfully implementing long-term roadmaps.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Expert certification is a plus.
