Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with high-level business KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Cloud) to drive innovation and future-proofing.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure 100% uptime, security, and scalability by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define the product vision and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for long-term infrastructure projects.
- Present strategic insights to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Product Management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining and executing Long-term Roadmaps (3-5 year horizon) with measurable outcomes.
- Expert knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior engineering and product teams.
- Experience in the enterprise software or SaaS sector is highly preferred.
