Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Cloud) into core business processes.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory landscapes to forecast future opportunities and threats.
- Oversee Research & Development (R&D) initiatives, ensuring they remain agile and aligned with the long-term corporate agenda.
- Present complex strategic concepts and roadmaps to C-suite executives and the Board of Directors with clarity and confidence.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure smooth adoption of new strategic initiatives.
- Mentor emerging leaders within the organization to build a pipeline of future talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact strategic initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, high-level strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing at all levels.
- Relevant MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
