Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
