- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and market opportunities
- Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to commercialization
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation portfolios
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant technical field
