Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 5-year vision, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the company’s technological evolution.
- Horizon Scanning & Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to forecast market disruptions.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Manage the internal innovation incubator, piloting cutting-edge technologies and validating concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
- R&D Partnership: Collaborate with engineering and R&D departments to prototype high-potential solutions and secure intellectual property.
- Predictive Modeling: Utilize data analytics to model future scenarios and assess risks/opportunities for business expansion.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Computer Science, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or innovation-focused role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully navigating uncertainty and defining long-term strategic visions.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, GenAI) and their commercial applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies rapidly in response to changing market dynamics.
