Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026+ strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author whitepapers and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for emerging research
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and boards with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and design thinking
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal disruptors with predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INNOVA, CPSI) preferred
