Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework for technological, economic, and social trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, translating future insights into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for market-disruptive solutions
- Present future outlook reports to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry conferences, and media partnerships
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
